If The Customer Wants To Cancel The Order

The customer needs to call on +91 9717305700 to get the shipment cancel.

Once the shipment is dispatched by the vendor, the customer will be liable to pay cancellation charges of Rs.1000/-

7 days from delivery.

If customer has received a damaged or defective product or if it is not as described, you can raise a replacement request on the Chat box, Call or Mail within 7 days of receiving the product.

We will help you troubleshoot any issues you may have, either through online tools, over the phone.

Only one (1) replacement will be provided in the unlikely event that the product is defective. If defect is confirmed or the issue is diagnosed within 7 days of delivery.
Successful pick-up of the product is subject to the following conditions being met:

Correct and complete product (with the original brand/product Id/undetached MRP tag/product's original packaging/freebies and accessories).

The product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any scratches or dents.
Shipping Cost and Policy

The shipping cost is inclusive in the rates mentioned over the site.

Delivery of goods takes more time than regular if the order is placed on COD basis.

Shipping takes 2 days for Delhi and for other states delivery is done with in 6 days if the order is prepaid and delivery of goods takes maximum 10 days if the order is placed on COD basis.
